Refunds are only available if you haven't started using your account. If you've uploaded a file or used download bandwidth, we cannot offer a refund. Your Premium Account will remain active until it is either cancelled or terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Delivery Policy
Your Premium account will be activated and available on your Mercuryupload.com account immediately once your payment is successfully processed.
